We require 48 hour notice for any cancelled appointments. You can call, email or text to let us know you cannot make it. We understand that emergencies happen but please respect our time as well.
******EXISITING PATIENTS*****
You will not be required to pay a deposit to re-establish care at this time. When scheduling please select Existing patient/NP so we do not call to collect and we know to get your records from the previous practice. You will be required to complete all the new patient paperwork again. Sorry for the inconvience.
******NEW PATIENTS******
For any new patient visits we will require $100 deposit that is due at the time of scheduling. Please pay when you schedule. Your appt is not considered confirmed until we receive payment.

You will be required to pay $150 deposit for any service that you schedule. Please pay when you schedule. Your appt is not considered confirmed until we receive payment.
